C.A.P.S. - Citizens Against a Police State

Pardon me for this, but there's a Quote from either Soctrates, Plato, or Aristotle that I really love that I'm not able to quote off the top of my head right now. It has to do with the "elusiveness" of Justice. Kinda reminds me of Dog Racing. Dumb ass dogs chasing a rabbit they're never gonna catch. Justice is something Judges and Lawyers seek but never truly find because they can't agree on it's definition. I ask you... is that some 'fine food' for deep thought?
